Jules’s journey is about discipline, strength, courage, freedom, confidence, self-improvement, and the culmination of human experiences. He would like to focus on a few.
This past May, Jules attained his Master's in Management at Harvard University with concentrations in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Strategic Management. Jules accomplished his undergraduate Advertising Design degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. He is currently serving as the VP of Membership and a Board Member at the Harvard Club of San Francisco, a member of the Harvard Asian American Alumni Alliance, the Coalition for a Diverse Harvard, the Academy of Art University Alumni Association, and the Harvard Alumni Association.
Jules is a high performance, customer-centric, and results-driven intrapreneur with years of experience and proven hospitality, management, and leadership skills. He is passionate about leading operations, fostering creativity & innovation, and creating strategic initiatives to leverage business profitability and customer values with a strong focus on disruptive thinking, teamwork, and communication.
To further illustrate, Jules took a Myers-Briggs Profile at a Harvard leadership course.
Here is the result.
By nature, Jules is competitive, focused, and highly motivated. He is intuitive and observant of just about everything that is happening around him by focusing on the bigger picture. For him, there are always opportunities to see things differently through logical, analytical, and critical thinking. Jules is adept at conceptualizing, theorizing, and translating possibilities into plans.
He values intelligence and competence and hates inefficiency. Jules is action-oriented, strategic, and able to organize resources to achieve goals. He may be seen as direct, challenging, decisive, objective, yet stimulating when it comes to decision-making. Jules sees things in a more straightforward fashion. His dealings with personal relationships are often measured, fair and equal, and highly supportive of others.
Jules's MBTI responses indicates not only his preferences, but also the probability that his reported preferences really do fit his personality. The graph below shows the probability index for each of his preferences. The closer the blue market is to a preference, the greater the probability that the preference describes Jules personality well. The probability index does not measure how much of a preference he has or how well he uses that preference. It simply shows how likely it is that the preference he reported is an accurate representation.
People who prefer Extraversion tend to direct their energy toward the outside world and get energized by interacting with people and taking action.
People who prefer Intuition tend to take in information by seeing the big picture. They focus mainly on the patterns and interrelationships they perceive.
People who prefer Thinking typically base their decisions
and conclusions on logic, with accuracy and objective truth the primary goals.
People who prefer Judging typically come to conclusions quickly and want to move on, and take an organized, planned approach to the world.
People with ENTJ preferences are comparatively rare. Less than 2% of people in the global sample report ENTJ preferences—the second lowest percentage of the 16 Myers-Briggs Types.
ENTJs are truly unique individuals with very strong personalities with may, at times, seem contradictory. They’re both personable and goal oriented; both inspired by others and highly analytical.*
